Standard flexible transparent PVC is available in flat, ribbed and reinforced strips. Ideal for all-weather applications, this material is formulated with a flame-retardant additive and an ultraviolet stabilizer to reduce yellowing and fading. Although standard materials are temperature rated for -20oF To 150oF (except 24" and 36" wide material rated at -10oF), we suggest low-temp materials for freezer temperatures below 20oF.

This requirements for incidental contact with meat, poultry, and dairy products. We have the latest information regarding the use of strip materials in commercial food processing areas. Please contact us for further information and assistance. This material is for indoor use only and has a temperature rating from -30oF to 150oF. We suggest using this material to -20oF. Extra Low-Temp/Non-Reinforced is recommended for applications from -20oF to -75oF, and is ideal for blast freezer or ice cream freezer applications.

This uniquely shaped material is ideally suited for high-traffic areas. The triangular ribs with rounded edges reduces surface scarring of the material and will save on your future replacement costs. You can create your own installation by securing firring strips to both sides of the top of the strips, and band them together, or have NetWell provide clamps cut in 4' widths.

Strip or solid clear vinyl curtains are mounted using either a Header Mount or Wall Mount Ssytem that is included with the order. The metal brackets are designed to properly support the weight of the material and avoid potential tearing that standard grommets would cause. Standard widths of the mounting hardware is 48", with 8" strips overlapped being secured with bolts to the mounting hardware.

The PVC is made from self extinguishing material that will not support combustion. Maintenance is kept to a minimum by an occasional clean with detergent.
